In 2012 we undertook work on organisational development after securing funding from Grants for the Arts, the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Canterbury Arts Council.
The project started in April 2012 and finished in November 2012. We recruited a consultant, Hilary Carty who has extensive experience and knowledge of organisational development for arts organisations and charities. Hilary worked with the Board and staff in developing a three year business plan.
